Warrior Weekend Challenge

Honor fallen military service men and women this Memorial Day by challenging yourself to complete the “Murph”.

This popular body-weight-only workout was named in honor of fallen Navy SEAL, Lt. Michael P. Murphy and is usually done wearing a 20lb. vest (to replicate body armor worn as part of the battle uniform).
 

THE WORKOUT:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

FOUR options will be offered to accommodate ALL fitness levels; The workout as shown, plus three “tiered” level workouts.
 

Challenge is open for participation by both individual adults and families. Challenge is FREE for members, but pre-registration is required for all participants. Challenge starts at 8am on May 31st!
