This is a "virtual race" where you will track your exercise time and convert it to miles in order of travel from Y to Y: a total of 400 miles if you complete the whole challenge. All forms of daily activity can count! Whether you strength train, participate in our virtual exercise class, garden or even walk your dog, you'll get mileage for this challenge.
