We're still raising money to build and open a full facility YMCA in St. Mary's County in June of 2026. We need $3 million to complete the project. Please consider a donation to this campaign so we may better serve the people of St. Mary's County.
Rock Steady Boxing Program:
In January 2025, The St Mary’s County Family YMCA launched Rock Steady Boxing, a program for community members diagnosed with Parkinson’s. This free scientifically based program is designed to slow the progression of the disease and build a strong connection to others living with Parkinson’s. Weekly 35 boxers participate in this program held at the library in Lenoardtown. This free program would not be possible without donations. If you’d like to give to support the St. Mary’s County Family YMCA Rocksteady Boxing program, any gift made to the program will be matched 100% thanks to a $500,000 matching Angel gift.
